Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from receipt of the merchandise. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Our Murano glass jewelry is packed in a way to ensure no breakages, however in the event that a breakage does occur, we must be contacted within five (5) days of receipt of the item(s). The clear packaging must be unopened and photos showing the breakage must be received during the five (5) days in order for the return and full refund or exchange to be processed.
To return an item, please e-mail Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

For same item exchanges or damaged in-transit shipments we will send a return shipping label with shipping charges paid by us. All other returns will be paid by the customer.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal care items
- Items used or damaged by the customer
- A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns except for exchanges.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
